Challenge 109 - Ice Cream and/or Ice Cream Colours

Thanks for your entries last week - only a few but hey it is summer and the sun has been shining so I know you all want to be outside making the best of the lovely weather.

Your challenge is to create something using Ice Cream and/or Ice Cream Colours. I always love the colours in a Neopolitan ice cream but there are other colours too. CHALLENGE 104 - NEW YORK, NEW YORK

Now onto a new challenge for this week - when you read this I will be on my way to New York for a few days vacation so this has inspired my topic this week.  On first reading  you may not have anything that says New York but stop and think for a minute -

the big apple, yellow taxi cabs, tall buildings, the Hudson river, Broadway with it's theatres, American football, red rose the state flower, sea scorpion the state sea fossill, blue bird the state bird  - any/all of these will be acceptable for the challenge.  So go on give it a go - you may surprise yourself with what you come up with.
