Well hello again - I am back from my holidays (early but long story there so won't bore you all) and am now in the process of packing up my stuff for the move over the waters to Bermuda on Monday.
Thanks for your lovely Christmas entries.
Thanks for your lovely Christmas entries.
And the lucky dip winner is you No 9 SUSIE LITTLE, please email me your address and I will send out the fab stamps courtesy of Caroline's Rubber Stamps. Many thanks once again for your generosity Caroline. You can see the sampler over on the favourites blog.
Now for this week's new challenge which I have named POPPIES. My friend in my local craft shop suggested this idea to me when I went in to buy some wonderful poppy stamps from Papermania (a donation is given to the November Poppy Appeal so well worth buying them for this reason alone).
So the idea is to make your own Poppy badge or broch or tag - something you can wear with pride on Remembrance Day or just keep if you don't want to wear it.
My creation is still drying so I will post it tomorrow.
Enjoy the challenge and take a break from those Christmas cards.
I shall be offline for a couple of days whilst I get sorted in new house but I will be back to see your entries very soon I promise.

Great challenge this one Cynthia and such a good idea. Can't believe the time has come for you to leave us. If I don't speak before then, have a great trip.

Poppies are one of my favourite flowers, so had to try this week. It is a card, as I will still buy my poppy - have already bought the papermania stamp, but it was too big for what I wanted to do this time!Hope you soon get sorted out, and enjoy the sun shine
Sorry I just haven't had time to take you up on this Cynthia - great challenge though. Hopefully I'll be back with you by next week.
